Meditation, the PRACTICE(s) of finding personal peace."

Meditation on our own...

At times, unfamiliar noises can be very disruptive as we are curious beings.  Practicing at home, with less unknown distractions can be easier to find an inner connection. In nature, aloneness gives one a guilt-free release of surfaced emotions. Meditation as a "practice" helps one MOVE through surfaced moments (instead of avoiding emotional rises by way of common social addictions such as phone, tv, alcohol and drugs),  Being at home or in a personal space to release and move through off balancing emotions is vital in finding personal balance.

The benefits

This is a biggie, home helps you be in total physical comfort saving you from fidget guilt (which eventually goes away over time).  You get to find your ideal position(s),nor tending to ego items.  A mental freedom from judgement free energy.  All you have to focus on is relaxing and aligning your "being".

The limitations

Being alone can be difficult to surface and sustain the texture of "connectedness".  It is simply too easy to give up, be distracted and/or rush through an experience as there is no accountable presence.

Guided Meditation...

Finding sincere sources to be able to tap into DURING moments of emotional stagnancy and mental stubbornness that are sure to arise. Sources such as APPs, website LINKS and/or YouTube videos are very helpful. These modern options are a great way to get started on the commitment portion. Being guided in-person is ideal when starting a practise.

The benefits of asking for help...

Sometimes the thought "Am I doing this right?" lingers, having a guide help you shift stagnate thoughts, conceptions and perceptions is beneficial and speeds up personal capabilities.

The limitations...

You'll need several different guides, as you level up, shift and expand and find what works for you, at whatever time or stage you are at.

Meditation with others...

There are various types of group sessions, including and not limited to: localized wellness centres, mediation classes, yoga studios, gym options, spa offerings and so on. Temples, mosques and such places of worship. Excursions, retreats, classes and online group events and programs.  

The benefits

When humans gather, all is amplified, the energy is more powerful, and things can get super-charged. Plus it is part of the human make-up, to have a longing, a need to gather and be part of something bigger than our human experience.  Humans are meant to elevate and evolve, it is in our cellular make-up. 

The limitations

People can be very...distracting, and their energy might be...displeasing, let's say.  Finding a group which resonates with your personal vibe may be a challenge.  When you find a collective that clicks with your focused energy, that, can be an amplifying moment for personal power and group health.

Not one individual nor single source will hold ALL the knowledge you'll need.
